Once a traveler’s trip is within 24 hours of departure, they can access their virtual card details directly through the app. The card image will appear beside their hotel reservation. With just a couple of taps, they can view their full payment information – or even resend authorization to the hotel if needed. This means no more hassles with receipts, check-in delays, or credit card issues – everything is streamlined and secure.
Not all travel suppliers automatically accept virtual cards. Work with your travel management company (TMC) to enable virtual card options in online booking tools (OBTs) and offline reservations. The more seamless the process, the higher the adoption rate.
