Claudia Jackson
Managing Director, U.K. and Ireland at BCD Travel
As Managing Director of the U.K. and Ireland, Claudia is accountable for the overall performance of both countries and is responsible for strategically aligning and executing business objectives. Claudia and her team champion the best interests of our clients by delivering the highest standards in customer service; deploying innovative, effective technology; and nurturing an organizational culture of engagement, diversity, and equity at all levels. Claudia is a member of BCD Travel’s European Executive Team. She also represents BCD within the wider corporate travel industry through her participation in key U.K. and Ireland travel trade bodies.
With more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Claudia began her tenure with BCD in 1998 as an account manager. She gained experience in customer service, commercial and operational delivery through various roles in the company and held multi-disciplinary leadership roles across the business throughout the years.
Claudia holds an honors degree in Economics and Politics and professional qualifications in Executive Leadership and Project Management. She’s based in northwest England, where she lives with her husband and two teenage sons.
