Please contact the travel department at your company. Each company has a different set of contacts for their business. Most often, emergency contact information can be found within your written policy or on your itinerary.
I’m a traveler and having problems with my hotel booking, can you help?
If you made the hotel reservation through BCD Travel, contact your company’s travel agent or use one of the emergency phone numbers provided here. If you did not book your hotel reservation through BCD Travel, contact the hotel directly.
