Hybrid jobs are flexible working arrangements where employees are permitted to work partly in a company workspace and partly remotely – at home or elsewhere. BCD’s flexible work model offers office, remote and hybrid roles. Following the pandemic, BCD’s People and Culture team redeveloped their recruitment strategy to focus on building forward sustainably. By blending traditional, tried-and-tested methods such as referral schemes with more creative ways like targeted social media campaigns, BCD added more than 3,000 employees in 2022. Today, BCD has more than 14,000 dedicated team members servicing clients in over 170 countries.

This is BCD’s second consecutive award from Step Two.
