The second annual Women Impact Tech 100 list recognized BCD and other standout companies for taking the lead in achieving gender equity in the tech industry. Their list was compiled through extensive research, utilizing public data about employee feedback on workplace culture for women and other under-represented groups, company benefits and perks, and organization DEI efforts. Also considered was how intentional each company is around their diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring efforts through open IT and tech positions.
“These top 100 companies are leaders in DEI practices, empowering women to not only have meaningful careers, but offering a culture where women can thrive,” says Women Impact Tech Owner and President Paula Bratcher Ratliff. “Those honored on the Women Impact Tech 100 list are demonstratively creating an inclusive, equitable future of work.”
The Women Impact Tech 100 recognition joins other recent achievements for BCD, including Flexjobs’ 2023 Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs, 2022 Most Admired Travel Management Company, EcoVadis Platinum sustainability rating, and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense.
