About Jean-François
Jean-François De Mol joined BCD Travel in 1997 as Director Marketing. Soon after that, he was appointed Head of Sales & Marketing and in January 2011, due to his profound knowledge of the Belgian market, he became Director Sales & Account Management for Belgium. When in January 2017 BCD replaced its regional divisions with a single EMEA organization, he was appointed Senior Director Inside Sales and Client Retention EMEA. Jean-François is based in Antwerp, Belgium.

About Christian
Christian helps ensure high client retention and satisfaction by finding and keeping the best people. He leads our company-wide talent management initiatives and heads our human resources groups worldwide. In that role, he guides the company’s human resources management, recruiting, competency modeling, learning and development, management training and employee incentive programs. Prior to his appointment, Christian owned an independent management consultancy specializing in leadership coaching and development. He began his career in the travel industry in 1993 at BCD Travel legacy company DanTransport, working in operations and marketing. Before becoming global head of talent management, he served as senior vice president, Global Human Resources. Christian lives in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About Kathy
A former agency owner who led the growth of her Ohio-based business from an annual turnover of $3 million to $300 million, Kathy uses her clear understanding of business objectives and corporate cultures to find solutions to every imaginable challenge in building and maintaining effective air, hotel, ground transportation and meetings programs. She was one of the earliest adopters of modern meetings technologies and the on-site travel service concept. Kathy enjoys presenting at major trade association events and has appeared in numerous travel segments on The Weather Channel. She resides in Atlanta, U.S.

About Mario
Mario Kriebel serves as vice president of BCD Travel’s card program. In this role, he holds global responsibility for all programs and activities that include a corporate credit card component. This includes serving as the company’s lead in contractual development and ongoing relationship management, planning, support and operations. He also supports BCD Travel´s consulting unit, Advito, providing expert guidance to customers seeking consultative services related to credit card programs. Based in Germany, Mario in 2001 joined the commercial card department of BCD Travel legacy company TQ3 Travel Solutions. He has developed and maintains strong working relationships with a number of card issuers and card associations. Mario lives in Germany.

Mike has been a member of the Research & Intelligence Team since 2013. He joined BCD Travel after a career at British Airways, bringing a wealth of experience in business strategy, network planning, competitor analysis, economics, market analysis and forecasting. At BCD, he is responsible for producing the Industry Forecast and providing insights and thought leadership on a range of trends and issues relating to the business travel industry. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Southampton. He is based in Rickmansworth, U.K.

About Natalia
Natalia is a member of the Research and Intelligence Team at BCD Travel. She works on a variety of innovative research projects around product planning, corporate strategy and industry thought leadership, exploring a wide range of current business travel trends and topics. She has extensive academic experience and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Lugano, Switzerland, where she is presently a visiting lecturer in corporate travel. Natalia is a holder of a 3 under 33 ACTE Award for young innovators in the business travel industry. She is based in Madrid, Spain.

About Olivier
As a senior director for Advito, Olivier Benoit executes the direction for the global air practice in partnership with the consultancy’s principals. He develops and implements air program services beyond sourcing through progressive methodology and cutting-edge cloud-based technology tools.
