About BCD M&I

BCD M&I was founded on July 1, 2006, bringing together three legacy companies: WorldTravel Meetings & Incentives, Talking Point and TQ3 Events (a subdivision of TQ3 Travel Solutions Management Holding GmbH). These world-class organizations have enjoyed a long history with roots tracing back to the late 1980s in managing meetings and events for customers across the globe. BCD M&I is part of the BCD Holdings network and would be classified as a large company.

Because BCD M&I is a stand-alone division within a large company, we can offer our clients the best of both worlds. As part of the expansive BCD network, we enjoy the strength and leverage of a $14 billion travel management powerhouse but as a division, we've been able to maintain an intimate culture that continues to serve our clients well. Our key customers include Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of vertical markets, including pharmaceutical/healthcare, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, etc. BCD M&I’s world headquarters is in Chicago. Globally, we employ over 400 full-time employees.

Our core competency across the continuum of meeting and event management services includes: sourcing, planning, registration/attendee management, data management/reporting, group air fulfillment, on-site operations, communications strategy, print/electronic messaging, ad specialty sourcing, non-travel awards, virtual meetings, social media applications, enterprise technology, project accounting and ROI/ROE analysis.

Global Reach

BCD M&I operates in nearly 25 countries across the Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC). We service customers in a hub and spoke model, with global and regional headquarters offices providing strategic leadership and account management, coupled with in-country operational meetings expertise that may be provided by BCD M&I at client-onsite locations, M&I wholly owned offices, the BCD Travel partner network or through regional preferred partners. More than half of our employee base is located in the Americas.

Location of Americas offices—Chicago (global HQ), Atlanta, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Mexico City (LATAM HQ) and numerous client on-site locations. BCD Travel also has offices throughout Latin America as well as Canada.

Location of EMEA offices—Maidenhead, UK (EMEA HQ), Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Demark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Spain along with client on-site locations. BCD Travel has a vast network of offices in EMEA, including important markets such as France, Austria, Czech Republic, Russia, Poland, etc.

Location of APAC offices— Singapore (APAC HQ). The partner network extends to 17 countries throughout Asia Pacific including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, India and China. Our regional HQ leads the way in strategic leadership and regional management, with local, on the ground execution extending from our national based alliances and offices, including client-onsite locations.
