This survey examines the profile and responsibilities of travel managers, their stakeholder interactions, and the changes currently impacting their roles. It provides a benchmark for travel managers and buyers to compare their roles, identify opportunities, and enhance their influence within their organizations.
The findings are based on an online survey of 187 travel buyers worldwide, conducted between Aug. 5 and Sept. 11, 2024.
