30-second primer: TripSource receipt capture

Three-step process makes it easy to keep up with trip expenses.

BCD Travel’s TripSource® platform now helps participating clients’ travelers manage trip receipts with a simple process. To begin, a traveler should confirm photos of receipts are acceptable to their company and within their country. If the answer is yes, the traveler follows these easy steps:

  1. Snap a photo of a trip receipt.
  2. Go to the “Receipts” option in the TripSource app.
  3. Attach the photo to the appropriate trip itinerary in the app.

Later, the traveler can send one or a batch of receipts directly to an email address or to their company’s expense management tool, enabled to accept receipts via email. Learn more.
