TripSource® has been recognized in the 24th Annual American Business Awards which celebrates outstanding performance and innovation across industries. The award recognizes TripSource’s impact on traveler experience while supporting the needs of complex managed travel programs. The 2026 American Business Awards received more than 3,700 nominations from organizations across the U.S., evaluated by more than 230 professionals worldwide. Winners will be honored on June 9 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

Built for the expectations of today’s business traveler

Business travelers expect an intuitive, reliable, and personalized experience that helps them stay informed and in control without training or added complexity. Travelers benefit from a richer, more contextual experience, including real‑time trip details, secure document storage, invoice downloads, and integrated access to essential resources such as visa services and safety tools all in one centralized location.

A robust shopping and booking experience with full program control

Built on a foundation of multisource content, TripSource leverages direct connects, the GDS, global and regional aggregators, low‑cost carriers and rail providers to deliver a wide range of relevant global content. Travelers can shop confidently, based on their preferences and loyalty programs, while staying within program expectations.

For the program, TripSource is centrally configured across all points of sale. Teams can tailor content by supplier, policy, content type, forms of payment, and more through a single point of configuration applied consistently across all points of sale.

TripSource is payment agnostic, supporting multiple forms of payment, including virtual payment (VPA), now preferred by many organizations for stronger security and cost control, alongside traditional cards and regional payment options.

Continuous investment in a best‑in‑class traveler experience

TripSource will release their next-generation traveler experience in mid‑2026, incorporating customer feedback and data‑driven enhancements to further elevate usability, personalization, and engagement. Continued innovation across self‑service, sustainability options such as rail, and personalization supports travel programs as they scale and evolve.
