Gustavo Roskoczy

As BCD’s Country Manager in Argentina, Gustavo Roskoczy leads with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and talent development. His 37-year journey with BCD reflects a career defined by continuous growth, deep industry expertise and a genuine passion for corporate travel.

Gustavo began at BCD as a messenger delivering paper tickets to clients and has held multiple roles that enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business. He spent many years working in operations and regional program management. He was responsible for implementing BCD’s global technologies, introducing automation processes through ticketing robots, and managing a high-performing team.

Later, he assumed responsibility for Supplier Relations, becoming part of the Latin America regional team. Gustavo has consistently advocated for team building and talent development. He believes that people are the true differentiator in the industry and that meaningful achievements are only possible through committed, collaborative teams working toward a common goal.

Gustavo lives in Buenos Aires with his wife and two children.
