Here’s a snapshot of what our customers think of BCD Travel New Zealand, extracted from our Q4 2013 Annual Survey Results.
“I am extremely pleased with the level of service I receive from my BCD consultant, Marina. She responds to travel requests in a timely and efficient manner and always advises alternative travel options if the original request is costly. She understands my travel requirements well and the service she provides is superb.
Marina is an asset to BCD Travel and her attention to details is second to none. I have never been let down with any travel booking and when the flight or accommodation requested is unavailable, Marina will always suggest alternatives. Keep up the fantastic work – you make my very busy schedule a whole lot easier. Thank you.”

“It is an absolute pleasure working with BCD Travel. I don’t know how I would do my job without the efficient service I receive from Ulpa, and when Ulpa is not there, the same high standard service applies from other team members. It’s great that Ulpa knows our business inside-out. It means I can do my job having complete faith that the travel side of the business is taken care of.
I’d also like to say thanks to Becky who is also a pleasure to work with. In the past we worked on the itinerary format – she has taken our feedback into consideration and found a solution. I can’t express enough the great relationship that AbbVie and BCD have – thank you!”

“The online tool is easy and intuitive, and the follow up from personnel is timely and accurate. In my experience, BCD’s service is far superior to other previously used service providers. I am also very confident in an emergency we would be able to locate all our employees accurately, thanks to BCD. Keep up the great work!”

“In situations where our dedicated consultant is out of the office, we are informed of whom the backup is. The alternative consultant has been able to access the file quickly and amend/update as required.”
