By embedding an AI-powered chat assistant directly into everyday workplace tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack, we’re meeting travelers where they are, and delivering faster, smarter, policy-compliant bookings in under 30 seconds. Now available for BCD’s large-scale customers in North America, the chat assistant offers a VIP-style travel experience at scale – available to every traveler, every trip, every time. Just type a natural-language prompt like “Book a flight from New York to London leaving Wednesday evening” and get bookable, policy-compliant results almost instantly. No app-switching. No confusion. Just seamless, intuitive travel booking built around the user.

An interactive AI-based corporate travel assistant for everyone 

SkyLink isn’t just fast. It’s smart. According to a demo covered by The Company Dime, the system can: 

  • Handle multi-city itineraries
  • Suggest hotels near meeting locations or company offices
  • Proactively recommend hotels when one isn’t booked
  • Flag major events that may affect travel
  • Recommend preferred suppliers or explain lower-cost options
  • Support global languages including English, German, French, Hindi and Mandarin
