In March 2020, four leadership members of one of our top clients unexpectedly had to make arrangements back to the U.S. to avoid getting stuck in India due to a COVID-19 related lockdown.
Although it was the middle of the night, well past normal working hours, two BCD agents in the U.S. got out of bed and found flights for all four travelers within 3 hours, securing them seats together on the next available flight.
BCD’s quick action and dedication helped the client fulfill its duty of care and enabled the four travelers to limit their total travel time, getting them home safely during a very hectic week.
