Airport

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 15 miles south of downtown. Face coverings are required in this airport.

Bay Area Rapid Transit, or BART, operates from the airport to downtown Oakland, downtown San Francisco and many other destinations. Due to COVID-19, BART now closes at 9 p.m. each day but provides some late-night event trains. Check their website for fare prices and the latest ride updates.

Taxis depart from designated taxi zones at the roadway center islands on the arrivals/baggage claim level of all terminals. On-duty taxi coordinators can assist travelers seeking wheelchair accessible taxis. The taxi fare to downtown ranges from US$47.09 – US$67.09.

App-based rides are permitted at SFO. Pick-up and drop-off locations vary. When requesting a ride, check your app to confirm the designated pick-up location.

Yank Sing specializes in traditional and contemporary dim sum, offering over 100 varieties. The restaurant has no menu; select dim sum are served from wheeled pushcarts. The Stevenson location is open from indoor/outdoor dining 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The Spear Street restaurant is open for takeout 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday and indoor/outdoor dining11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday.

Pacific Catch offers socially distanced dining and great fish and seafood dishes created with California ingredients, infused with flavors from Asia, Latin America and Hawaii.
