During a crisis, DecisionSource incident reports let companies pinpoint and contact travelers fast.

Last updated: Oct. 23, 2018

BCD clients can use the DecisionSource traveler security map to track traveler locations and destinations and get the latest travel alerts and advisories related to the storm.

As this year’s hurricane season keeps roaring, BCD Travel clients can use DecisionSource® Location Incident reports to quickly find and contact travelers affected by the storms.

Location Incident Itinerary report: See which travelers are in affected areas

BCD clients can monitor potentially affected travelers using the Location Incident Itinerary report embedded in DecisionSource’s traveler security map. The report can be auto-filtered and run simply by clicking on an area of the map, allowing users to monitor the situation and travelers in the area—all in an instant. (The Location Incident Itinerary report code is GS00015M.)

Location Incident Contact report: Have traveler-provided emergency contact information at your fingertips

Clients can also use the Location Incident Itinerary and the related Location Incident Contact report to find and check on travelers during an incident. Using contact information provided by employees, companies can confirm traveler safety and provide care to those in need. (The location Incident Contact report is GS00017M.)
