Victoria’s impact goes beyond management. She is a strong advocate for professionalizing the travel ecosystem, a conviction that led her to play a pioneering role in the creation of the GBTA Chapter in Chile while working within a local TMC. She has consistently championed the professional development of travel managers, helping to demonstrate the value of agencies and travel programs through the lens of efficiency, mutual benefit, and trust.

With over 25 years of experience in the aviation and travel industries, Victoria has focused on transforming corporate travel management into a strategic asset for organizations. She began her career at major global airlines before spending 15 years leading the corporate sector at one of Chile’s most prominent travel agencies.

Victoria lives in Santiago, Chile and is a mother of three. She enjoys sports, especially tennis, where she draws parallels to discipline, focus and strategy.
