Through the process of developing our proprietary business intelligence platform DecisionSource, we have created one of the best data-consolidation processes in the industry.

Leslie leads the teams at BCD Travel charged with delivering client and travel technology, central project management, client implementations and change management. Her Shared Services team supports both BCD Travel’s proprietary client-facing technology—such as DecisionSource, TripSource and BCD Marketplace —as well as on-line booking tools such as SAP Concur, GetThere, and Cytric.

All of Leslie’s teams focus on cross-functional excellence, accelerating implementations and streamlining the services and support experience for our customers and our employees.

Leslie’s career in corporate travel began in 1986, making her one of the corporate travel industry’s most experienced operations and technology executives. She is credited with building cross-functional global organizations, leading end-to-end development of customer-facing products, driving technology utilization, forging trust among major customers, and leading operational improvement while delivering global services. She prides herself with being able to bring operations and the technology together for optimal efficiency.

Starting out as a travel school instructor, then an agent, she worked her way up through the industry.  Leslie led BCD’s efforts to become a seamless, integrated global company by creating one of the company’s first global teams. She consolidated disparate divisions and set the pace for management of large, multi-country groups. She also led BCD’s global shared data-management services group, where she was instrumental in spearheading one of the largest initiatives in company history—the multiyear rollout of DecisionSource, BCD’s data and intelligence platform.

Leslie is a proud grandmother of 5, an avid sailor and a United States Coast Guard Master Captain who enjoys golfing.
