In addition to Air France marketed and operated flights, the Air France Concierge service is now also available for customers traveling on KLM, Delta Air Lines, Luxair, and TAROM for travel as of 23 June 2025.
Customers traveling in Economy, Premium, and Business Class can enjoy Air France Conciergerie, which offers a range of optional services for an exclusive, smooth, and stress-free airport experience. These services include a private transfer to the airport*, concierge assistance upon arrival outside the terminal, a porter service to help with baggage at a dedicated check-in counter, assistance through priority lanes up to the boarding gate, and guidance to the lounge for eligible customers. The service extends to arriving flights and is also accessible for connecting passengers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience throughout.
Customers can book these services online or by phone up to 18:00 (CET) the day before departure.
*for journeys within a 40km radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
