BCD Travel climbed to the No. 140 spot on Forbes’ 2017 list of America’s 300 Best Midsize Employers. The list, a collaboration between Forbes and German research firm Statista, is compiled from a survey of 30,000 American workers.
“We’re thrilled to see our ranking keep climbing. It’s a reflection of the workplace we’ve created where our people can develop to their full potential. We give our employees the tools, skills and training to feel confident in their roles, because our success hinges on theirs,” said Christian Dahl, BCD’s senior vice president, Talent Management and Global Human Resources.
In 2016, BCD ranked 231 on Forbes’ list of top 500 employers; in 2015 the travel management company ranked 462. Participants were surveyed anonymously via online panels.
