Poh Lin Ng

Poh Lin is driving the globalization of BCD Travel’s Global Network (Partner and minority joint venture markets). She reports to Greg O’Neil, the Global Network’s business owner and she also works with the Americas leadership for LATAM partner markets.

Among her many roles, she’s delivering on the Global Network’s mission and vision by directing the existing regional teams to foster alignment and exceed customer expectations.

Poh Lin also has oversight of the global projects and product rollouts to the Global Network assigned to team members.

Her ultimate goal is to bring the three partner regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM) into one, in the way they operate and transact business. This involves increasing communication, alignment and effectiveness through cross-training skillsets in the existing regional teams and globalizing core functions for greater efficiency.
