Jair Alejandro Suárez

Jair Suárez brings more than 30 years of experience to his role as country manager for Colombia at BCD Travel. His ability to adapt to diverse business environments has enabled him to hold leadership positions across the industry, building extensive expertise with airlines, travel technology companies, and travel management companies (TMC).

Jair specializes in helping clients elevate their travel programs by leveraging his deep understanding of the Colombian market and his proven track record of leading business transformation in complex environments. 

He began his career in business travel with American Airlines, Sabre Holdings and Delta Airlines where he developed expertise in operations, customer service, and traveler safety. Prior to joining BCD, Jair held senior leadership positions at a global TMC, where he provided strategic program management, consulting, and service solutions for key clients.
