With more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership across the Asia Pacific region, Danielle Russom has a wealth of expertise in business growth, client management and team development. Danielle is responsible for operations in the regions. This includes accelerating growth and deepening BCD’s market presence in Australia, while continuing to strengthen the company’s footprint in Singapore.

Prior to joining BCD, she served as vice president of a travel management company where she successfully led large-scale teams and delivered strong results in customer engagement and operational performance. Her expertise spans commercial strategy and full P&L ownership, making her a proven leader in building strong partnerships and delivering sustainable performance.

Danielle is passionate about customers and has a keen interest in developing and mentoring talent within the BCD organization. She is based in Sydney, Australia.
