David Coppens
David leads the technical and operational design functions for our clients and prospects. He provides strategic insight into the practical aspects of global travel program consolidation and plays a key role in enabling more effective and progressive travel programs. His teams deploy both service and technology innovations to enhance the user experience for both travelers and the agents who serve them.
David previously served in diverse operational, technology and commercial roles at BCD. He joined BCD in 2002 from American Airlines to implement and manage Europe’s first multinational service center in business travel.
A Belgian with British roots and a brief Irish interlude, David now calls Leuven, Belgium home.
