Hear from Christian and others

Christian Kirkegaard is a great example of how our team members can grow within the company. He joined BCD in 2014 as an intern and advanced from an HR Business Partner to his current role as Director, People & Culture, Europe.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to grow and develop through various exciting roles within People & Culture.

I began my journey at BCD Travel with a 10-week internship, thinking it was just a short-term experience. But here I am, 10 years later, still part of the team! From supporting colleagues internally, to partnering with business leaders across Europe, and now leading our core People & Culture team in the region. I highly recommend BCD for internships or apprenticeships—it’s a place where you can truly grow and build a lasting career.
