This comes at a time when the business is experiencing rapid growth as travel returns to pre-pandemic levels. The appointment of a new CEO reflects the confidence that the business has in the rebound of the tourism sector.

Oakes brings with him a wealth of executive management experience including a decade of strategic development and plan execution at national Telecommunications and Banking companies. He is currently a Chief Operating Officer at the Life Healthcare Group of companies with the Life Health Solutions subsidiary. 

His growth mindset is the key to his success in creating high performing cultures that consistently achieve in volatile markets. His own consistent personal development demonstrates his passion for transformation. Oakes is currently concluding a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), is an accredited Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), an accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coach.
