Our first step was to analyse the existing workflow to establish a solution that incorporated the clients enhanced approval requirements. We worked with the client to integrate at four key points in the cycle so that all reservations (online and offline) follow the same process. We detail our integration process below:
Rennies BCD Travel delivered a solution that included the automation of pre-trip approval for all bookings. Approvers receive access to requests faster, which reduces the time needed to approve each trip and traveller satisfaction was enhanced as the booking process was faster and simpler.
