Lynn Howarth is an experienced senior corporate executive with over 35 years of experience in the travel industry. As the General Manager at Rennies BCD Travel, she is responsible for the strategic management of a national operations portfolio that includes a vast compliment of colleagues of both onsite and virtual teams across South Africa. Lynn’s focus is to ensure that her teams function in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Her core strengths include empathy, collaboration, and a passion for self-development. She works closely with ASATA on various projects that have impacted and shaped the new travel landscape.

Lynn is a humanitarian at heart and believes that growth cannot be achieved without learning. She’s a firm believer in providing leadership, program input, accountability, and executive board representation. She’s also very passionate about spending time with her family and making a difference in the lives of those who most need it. Lynn’s daughter and she make regular care visits to infants at Baragwanath Hospital in Johannesburg to share warmth and nurturing with those who need it most.
