BCD Travel launches Connect, a digital community for customers

The insider-access platform lets travel managers ask questions, get tips from BCD experts and peers, and keep up with news and product updates—all in one place.

BCD Travel customers now have an exclusive digital community for networking with one another and with BCD. Called Connect, the community serves as a single destination for program best practices, product updates and case studies, proprietary research, industry trends, support, account details and more.

A dynamic digital experience

“At BCD Travel, we do more than manage travel programs. We serve as a trusted adviser to our customers,” said Yannis Karmis, senior vice president of Product Planning & Innovation for BCD. “Connect gives our customers a dynamic digital environment in which to interact with BCD program optimization and technology experts and peers with shared interests.” Connect also provides insider access to information and guidance about BCD products and solutions.

“Just as important,” Karmis said, “Connect allows us to hear directly from our customers on a variety of topics that will shape our best practices from technology roadmaps and service models to traveler engagement and program intelligence.”

Connect is available to first movers and will gradually roll out to all clients in BCD’s wholly owned markets in the next few weeks.
