BCD Travel President and Chief Executive Officer John Snyder joined a CEO panel at the Women in Travel annual summit in Orlando, Florida, on July 25.
WINiT is a network of women and men aiming to drive change, provide support and educate the public about the benefits of career development, visibility and promotion of women in the travel industry.
BCD is partnering with WINiT because their missions align. Championing the advancement of women is key to two important company goals: promoting positive social impact and bolstering global business growth.
“I’m proud to belong to an industry and a company that has given so many career opportunities to women,” Snyder said. “I’m looking forward to continuing the dialogue on what our industry can do to make sure professional success and deep job satisfaction are possible and attainable for men and women alike.”
The WINiT summit took place just before the Global Business Travel Association annual convention, which ended July 29. Snyder attended GBTA along with several of BCD’s in-the-field experts. They presented strategies for success in traveler engagement, travel risk management, technology implementation, meetings management and more.
