BCD’s Jorge Cruz says building trust is the biggest opportunity in corporate travel management

Over the last several years, airline and hotel consolidations have greatly reduced competition and choices for corporate buyers. They’re worried about prices and have a perception that the cost of business travel management is steadily rising.

Jorge Cruz, BCD Travel’s executive vice president of Global Sales & Marketing, believes that’s not a true picture of the market and aims to help travel buyers better understand the value and business impact of their corporate programs.
