Avis has introduced a new online digital check-in feature which accelerates the pick-up process, improves speed of service and gives the customer an even better overall car rental experience. By providing details in advance, the customer’s time at the counter is reduced. The Rental Agreement is pre-prepared, the vehicle assigned and keys ready for collection before the customer’s arrival.
Digital check-in is available as soon as the booking is completed up until two hours before pick-up time. The customer just needs to enter their driver’s license information and payment card details online. On arrival at the Avis rental station, the customer can head straight to the key collection point to confirm their identity, sign the contract and be on their way.
With minimal fuss, the customer’s journey begins.
