A business traveler himself, Will spends time contemplating details that can effect trip quality: traveler profiles, online booking tools, message channels, price assurance, disruption services and mobile applications—especially BCD Travel’s natively built TripSource. His work demands an endless immersion in consumer applications and gadgets—all in the effort to improve corporate travel.
An early founder of Handango, he spent 10 years driving business development, ecommerce and product development for the world’s leading independent publisher of smartphone applications. He previously served as the director of Mobile Strategy & Traveler Solutions for Sabre Holdings. A former education chairman for the Association of Corporate Travel Executives, he now serves on the leadership committee of GBTA Ladders.
