AccorHotels now offers you as a member of the group’s loyalty programme a new service called “Welcome by Le Club AccorHotels”, which guarantees a smooth and relaxed arrival and departure in only 5 steps.
To benefit from our “Welcome” service, you must be a member of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program.
- Booking: You book your stay at an AccorHotel via BCD Travel
- 2 days prior to arrival: Your receive an E-Mail invitation to complete the online-check-in
- On the day of arrival: Upon request you will receive a pre-arrival SMS with useful information
- Simplified check-in: Our team will have carefully prepared for the arrival of you and the room key will be ready!
- Fast Check-out: Your return the key without having to wait. The invoice will be sent by e-mail after departure (requirement: all invoicing and payment details have to be entered correctly into the profile in advance)
