Companies revise data security policies to allow laptop check-ins.

Business travelers are unlikely “to engineer incremental connections” to avoid a recently announced ban on bringing laptops and some other devices into cabins on certain flights from the Mideast, BCD Travel’s Yannis Karmis recently told industry news site The Company Dime. He said that, so far, the travel management company hasn’t seen many bookings made specifically to avoid the affected flights.
