Get prepped: ITB Berlin 2019, March 6-10

The business travel industry’s role in combating child exploitation is among hot topics at ITB Berlin. A BCD executive will explain what corporate travelers can do to help.

If travelers are informed about the exploitation of children and how to report it, they can protect some of the world’s most vulnerable children. At ITB Berlin, March 6-10, BCD Travel’s Anja Turner will take part in a panel discussion aimed at raising awareness among companies, suppliers and business travelers. The goal: end sex trafficking of children.

In 2018, BCD Travel launched a partnership with ECPAT (End Child Prostitution and Trafficking), the leading international organization seeking to raise awareness, advocate for victims, and push for policy and legislative changes to protect them. Learn more about BCD’s efforts and ECPAT’s mission.
