BCD Travel named one of America’s top companies for customer service

Newsweek magazine listed BCD as top U.S. company for customer service.

Newsweek magazine named BCD Travel to its 2019 list of top U.S. companies for customer service. Rankings were based on Net Promoter Score, communication, technical competence, range of services, customer focus and accessibility. BCD is one of three travel management companies on the list.

Global research firm Statista powered the survey. The survey was conducted online with more than 20,000 American participants rating several brands. Participants indicated they had made a purchase, used a service or gathered information about a product or service in the last three years.

BCD’s other recent accolades include Travel Magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award to BCD founder John Fentener van Vlissingen; a Travel Magazine Innovation Award for SolutionSource®, 2019 Travel Agency of the Year; 2019 Most Admired Travel Management Company; America’s Best Midsize Employers; America’s Top Employers for Women; The Flexjobs’ Top 100 Remote Companies; 2019 Business Travel Award for Best Corporate Social Responsibility; and three EcoVadis “Gold” rankings for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
