In a recent interview with The Beat, BCD Travel and Advito executive April Bridgeman explained the thinking—and technology—behind TripSource, BCD’s new, proprietary mobile app for business travelers that offers itinerary management, trip-sharing functionality, flight alerts and more.
Bridgeman, a senior vice president of BCD and the managing director of its Advito consulting arm, also looked ahead to a soon-to-be-released enterprise version of TripSource for the TMC’s corporate clients. It will enable air and hotel bookings and provide travel and procurement managers with tools for communicating with their travelers.
