The Beat readers identified their most admired companies in six categories: airlines, hotels, car rental companies, TMCs, technology providers and payment systems. Winners were determined based on a reader-poll conducted this summer. Readers were asked to choose the most admired suppliers for their policies, management style and service for business clients. Participants were not allowed to vote for their own employers.
“We’re honored to be voted Most Admired TMC by The Beat’s readers for the 10th time,” said John Snyder, president and CEO at BCD. “It’s especially meaningful today given the surge in travel causing service challenges across the industry. Knowing that our peers and clients recognize us as trusted partners and notice our efforts to address these challenges is a true badge of honor for our entire global workforce.”
The Most Admired TMC award joins other recent recognitions for BCD, including EcoVadis Platinum sustainability rating, Military Spouse Employment Partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense, 2022 Women Impact Tech 100 for fostering an equitable and thriving workplace environment for women, Silver Step Two Intranet & Digital Workplace Award, TripSource winning its fifth Gold Stevie® Award for best travel app and the COVID-19 Info Hub winning a Silver Stevie® Award for most valuable service in the category COVID-19 response.
