Raytheon cited BCD for outstanding global support, crisis management, audit assistance and customized processes and procedures—all in support of Raytheon programs, key goals and initiatives.
No matter what challenge I put in front of my [BCD] account management and ops teams, they always find a way to deliver on my requests,” said Jeanine Davis, travel commodity manager at Raytheon. “The personnel at BCD are the best in the industry, as is the reporting, technology and strategic outlook. BCD’s approach to solving our business needs is unsurpassed in what I consider to be a very complex environment.”
BCD Travel Senior Vice President Tracy Maier said the Raytheon recognition is an important measure of the travel management company’s success. “Raytheon’s standards are extremely high. We’re honored to receive this prestigious award,” she said. “We believe if we focus on the customer first, achieving our other goals will follow.”
