BCD Travel has been voted as best business travel agency in Luxembourg for the fifth time at the TM Travel Awards Luxembourg. Gary Coppers, Senior Operations Manager at BCD Travel, received the award representing the whole BCD Travel Luxembourg team.
Travel Magazine, the leading trade magazine for the travel industry in Belgium and Luxembourg, has been organizing the “TM Travel Awards” in Belgium for 21 years. Since 2010, they also reward travel industry players in Luxembourg for their benefits.
Gary Coppers and the Luxembourg BCD Travel team have convinced local and global customers to trust BCD Travel with their corporate travel. They also reached and maintained a customer retention rate of 99%.
