TripSource® from BCD Travel earned a fourth consecutive Gold Stevie Award for Best Travel App & Mobile Website at the 19th American Business Awards®. BCD’s COVID-19 Information Hub picked up a Bronze Stevie Award for Most Valuable Service. The Stevie® Awards honor U.S.-based organizations for their achievements in every aspect of work, from customer service and management to public relations and product development.
TripSource provides messages that help business travelers understand their options, discern what to do and navigate the changing traveler landscape. Recent enhancements in the platform help make it easier for business travelers to find up-to-date COVID-19 travel information. Travelers now receive push notifications and messages in their trip timeline, with links to the COVID-19 Info Hub for real-time information on specific airlines, airports and international destinations. Travelers can search the Hub in 13 different languages for the information they need to stay informed, including city- and country-level information on mandatory testing requirements, necessary health certifications and quarantine rules – all updated daily.

More than 3,800 nominations were vetted this year by more than 250 judges worldwide for the Stevies. The judges’ average scores determined the winners. All organizations operating in the U.S. – large and small, public and private, for-profit and non-profit – are eligible to submit nominations to the ABAs. Entries for the 2022 ABAs open this October.
