airBaltic is once again recognised as one of the most punctual airlines in the world, receiving five-star rating in On-Time Performance Stars Ratings Programme by OAG. The airline has also reached record customer satisfaction this spring.
Latvian airline airBaltic has been recognised as one of the most punctual airlines in the world and has received five-star rating at the On-Time Performance Stars Ratings Programme by OAG. airBaltic achieved the best punctuality rating in Europe of 88.3% for flights between June 2018 and May 2019.
The customer satisfaction has also grown during this period – the retention rate, universally used to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty, of the Latvian airline has reached 78 index points among private customers and is considered very high as shown by a survey carried out this spring by Kantar. It is the highest customer satisfaction rate airBaltic has received so far in six years and demonstrates the high level of service provided.
According to the study, the local customer sees the safety, reliability and friendly staff as the main strengths of airBaltic. Customers also highlight the high level of information availability about the company’s services and the easy online check-in process.
