Emerald Club members enjoy an expedited rental process with counter bypass as well as Drop & GoSM service, an expedited rental return process. Members can also receive Arrival Alerts email messages when they land that provides their reservation number, information about their rental location and directions to the rental center.

Emerald Club Priority Service expedites the rental process when renting outside the U.S. and Canada. In Europe, Priority Service locations feature a booth situated on the lot. At these locations, customers bypass the rental counter, proceed to the booth and present a driver’s license for validation. After they review and sign their rental agreement they are given the vehicle keys and paperwork
In Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico, Priority Service offers a dedicated line at the rental counter. Customers present a credit card and driver’s license for validation, review and sign their rental agreement and are then given the vehicle keys and paperwork.
