BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has acquired Plan 365 Inc., a marketing logistics agency specialising in pharmaceutical and high-tech industries. The deal strengthens BCD M&E’s Life Sciences Center of Excellence capabilities with new service offerings such as compliance and speaker bureau management—all enabled by strategic program management software. The acquisition also provides BCD M&E with a unique go-to-market management model for high-tech customers.

Plan 365 offers implementation services that help clients launch, scale and operate their go-to-market strategies. Services include speaker bureau management, virtual meetings, Web conferencing and other specialized program management offerings through direct and indirect sales channels. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina—where BCD M&E’s Life Sciences Center of Excellence also has headquarters—Plan 365 was founded 10 years ago and led by Carey Barnes, a 20-year veteran of start-up firms. She will continue to lead its services, ensuring consistent delivery to clients and driving growth opportunities.
