BCD Travel employee named ‘Operations Manager of the Year’ at The People Awards 2014
LONDON, 29 May 2014 – BCD Travel’s Justin Isaacs was named ‘Operations Manager of the Year’ at The People Awards 2014, which took place in London last week.
The awards recognise excellence in the corporate travel industry, and the ‘Operations Manager of the Year’ award in particular is given to an exceptional individual that has demonstrated ‘excellent customer service using an innovative, practical and strategic approach across operational management.’
Justin received the award in front of his industry peers during a special ceremony held at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London on Friday, 23rd May 2014.
Justin joined BCD Travel in 2006 as Branch Manager of its Kingston upon Hull office in the north of England. His leadership qualities, expertise and outstanding commitment to customer service saw him promoted to Divisional Operations Manager for the north of England in December 2010.
Justin currently manages over 100 business travel consultants across BCD Travel’s offices in Kingston upon Hull, Manchester and Liverpool – delivering a cohesive, seamless and agile travel management service to leading corporations in a number of sectors including: energy, food industry, and professional consulting services.
