Senior Vice President, North America
Tracy has responsibility and oversight for the company’s government agency clients and associated supplier support. She’s also the senior sponsor for the aerospace and defense contractors working group within BCD.
Tracy has 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, and has been with BCD Travel since 1990. Her experience in a variety of roles, combined with her expertise in government travel, gives BCD Government clients a leader that can address travel program challenges with the right solutions.
Her professional affiliations include the Global Business Travel Association, the Association of Corporate Travel Executives and Women in Travel.
Vice President, North America
Lisa manages a portfolio of U.S. Government, U.S. Government Contractor and commercial customers. She began her career in the travel industry more than 30 years ago. She joined BCD Travel in 1996 and has worked with both domestic and global clients to develop and hone their travel programs.
In addition to managing an extensive portfolio of clients, she’s responsible for client contracts and budgets as well as account management employee development. Lisa’s in-depth experience in the public sector gives her the insight she needs to develop tailored approaches for government agency and contractor clients.
Lisa holds GSA TSS Certification.
Vice President, North America
Jane holds operational leadership for over 300 employees servicing more than 60 BCD Travel clients, including BCD Government Travel accounts. She’s responsible for setting strategic goals across service and productivity and ensures smooth implementation, along with savings and satisfaction for all clients in her portfolio. She also co-leads our North America operations workgroup team.
She has 40 years’ travel experience; 26 of which have been spent with BCD Travel. Her hands-on application of knowledge in account management, meetings, and government requirements gives clients expertise rarely found outside BCD.
Jane has Six Sigma and Security and Compliance certifications and is a two-time President’s Club Winner.
Director, Business Development
Mark is responsible for a network of U.S. Government agencies and U.S. Government contractors. He works with each to understand their goals and concerns with their official travel programs and helps them break through challenges to realize the potential of their programs.
With over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, Mark has worked on both the customer and supplier side. As such, he brings a well-rounded perspective to his client relationships and an ability to apply innovative approaches based on his broad experience.
Mark holds Global Leadership Professional (GLP) Global Travel Professional (GTP) Certified Corporate Travel Executive(CCTE) certifications.
