Leading travel management company BCD Travel conducted the survey to explore the impact of COVID-19.
While COVID-19 has severely affected business travel, a majority of corporate travel teams felt adequately prepared to deal with the pandemic, according to a recent survey of 125 travel managers responsible for travel programs around the globe. The survey was conducted from April 6 – 16, 2020.
