Vice President Special Projects
Jennifer Townsend manages special projects for the executive team, including facilitation of new acquisition integration efforts, business plan development, customer satisfaction and goal tracking/management. Jennifer began her career at BCD Travel in 1996 in process reengineering. In 1998, Jennifer led the integration effort of WorldTravel Partners and BTI Americas and then moved into a new role of Vice President, Customer Satisfaction and Best Practices. In 2001, she became Vice President, Marketing & Special Projects. From 2002 to 2008, she managed special projects for the executive team while facilitating account management strategy and resource development for the company.
Prior to joining BCD Travel, Jennifer was a consultant with Accenture in Atlanta working with financial system implementations and organizational design for Fortune 100 companies.
Jennifer received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
