Her technology-related initiatives – both customer- and operationally-focused – enable BCD Travel to maximize the value of their clients’ travel programs, enhance traveler services and minimize program costs.

Dee joined BCD Travel in 1993, and has had a wide range of responsibilities and a variety of positions within the organization during her tenure. Prior to joining BCD Travel, Dee was with Carlson Travel Network.

Dee earned her bachelor’s degrees from the University of California at Davis and a master’s degree in business administration from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management, in Glendale AZ.
